Customer Data may include, without limitation, information about the identity of Customer users (such as name, postal address, email address, IP address, and phone number), as well as information that the user explicitly provides such as feedback, opinions, data, or preferences. It also includes information about the pages users visit, the features they use, and the actions they take while using Customer Services.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to Customer Data or to Customer Services, and we are not responsible for our Customers’ handling of Customer Data. Our Customers have their own policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. Our use of Customer Data provided by our Customers in connection with our Service is subject to the written agreement between Pulse Insights and the Customer.

Pulse Insights LLC processes personal data received in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. DPF for the following purposes:Service Delivery – Providing, operating, maintaining, and improving our services.

Accountability for Onward Transfer
We remain responsible for the processing of personal data we receive under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF) and subsequently transfer to a third party acting as an agent on our behalf. We comply with the DPF Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU, UK, and Switzerland, including the onward transfer liability provisions.

Pulse Insights follows industry security standards to protect user data:

Pulse Insights adheres to EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework DPF for international transfers. Users in Europe the UK and Switzerland have GDPR-compliant rights regarding their data.
External links on the Pulse Insights site are not covered by this Privacy Policy Users should review third-party privacy policies before interacting with external sites.
Users under 16 are not permitted to use Pulse Insights services. If personal data from minors is collected inadvertently it will be deleted.
Accounts managed by an organization may be subject to administrator oversight. Employers or administrators may have the ability to access modify or restrict user data.
Changes to this Privacy Policy will be communicated through email or website updates. Continued use of the service after updates implies acceptance of the revised policy.
