With Dynamic Email, you can now dynamically populate a relevant survey at the time a user opens an email, using everything you know about the user including previous responses in other channels.
In traditional email, surveys content is static. Clicking any link takes you out of the email channel and into the web channel.

You can add new questions or change existing questions for users, even after an email has been sent. You manage this all from the same easy-to-use Pulse Insights Console that you use for web, media, and native app micro surveys.
You can re-use the same Pulse Insights code snippet across all your emails.
From there, you can configure one or more surveys to display in Dynamic Emails. If the targeting criteria match, a survey will appear when a user opens an email.
